What I did

  • Shipped the low-code Workflow Builder and Program Automation.
  • Presented it with CareSource, a health plan customer, in an mPulse webinar.

What happened

Program setup dropped from 2 weeks to 2 hours, implementation hours fell about 60%, and monthly users grew from 30 to 200.
