One platform for health plans to reach members by text, voice, and email, with conversational AI and self-serve tools for the plans’ own teams.

What I did

Consolidated every customer from separate legacy products onto one platform, then retired the old ones.
Launched voice IVR in 7+ languages, which went from zero to 1,000,000 calls in three months.
Shipped a low-code workflow builder, so health plan teams launch their own programs in 2 hours instead of 2 weeks.
Used conversational AI to catch opt-out requests, and turned TCPA compliance from a sales blocker into a selling point.
Brought four acquired companies onto one product: Healthcrowd, DPI, Zipari, and HealthTrio.
Rebuilt a product org that had turned over completely, and grew its PMs into owners.

What happened

One platform reaching 100M+ people, saving over $7M a year, with voice that helped land a multimillion-dollar deal with the largest health plan in the country.
