Digital Keys

BrightOS, 2026. Product lead.

Room keys in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, plus QR and PIN, issued per guest and per stay.

What I did

  • Shipped keys for every guest in the room, not only the person who booked.
  • Added time-boxed vendor keys, so contractors get access only when they need it.

What happened

Guests walk past the front desk and straight to their room.
