Housekeepers run their day by texting the hotel’s number, in English or Spanish. No app and no login.

What I did

  • Interviewed housekeeping managers and worked shifts in the product myself.
  • Automated the daily room list from check-outs, stay-overs, and arrivals.

What happened

Housekeeping became the team that uses the AI most.
