What I did
- Turned an 18-bullet wishlist into seven tickets when our check-in vendor was about to leave.
- Ran QA that found 14 launch blockers before guests did.
- Counted every staff override as a failure, so the numbers stayed honest.

93% of guests checked in online in launch week, with a median time of 3.3 minutes.
