A direct booking engine for hotel websites: rate plans, promo codes, deposits, and several rooms in one booking.
What I did
- Made every booking total match the hotel’s own bill to the cent, so guests never see a surprise at checkout.
- Tracked every step from search to payment from day one, so we could see where guests dropped off.
What happened
Hit its full-year target of 10% of bookings on day 3, and totals match the property system to the cent.
