What I did

Turned each repeat task into one command: write a ticket, refine a sprint, implement a ticket, run QA, and write release notes.
Added a knowledge base that the AI keeps current across every repo, so context carries from one session to the next.

What happened

Less busywork, and every step leaves a written trail someone else can follow.
